After breakfast, you will be collected from your accommodation in a private vehicle and driven to the South Gate of Angkor Thom. Stroll across the Naga Bridge, pausing to capture photographs and soak in the timeless atmosphere.
From the South Gate, walk beneath towering trees towards Bayon Temple, where you may encounter lively monkeys — please take care with your belongings, as they can be mischievous.
Continue your exploration with visits to Baphuon, the Elephant Terrace, the Leper King Terrace, and the Royal Enclosure, each offering a fascinating glimpse into the grandeur of the Khmer Empire.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin the morning with a guided visit to the Royal Palace, commissioned by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town. Continue to the Silver Pagoda, renowned for its floor of 5,000 silver tiles, or visit the Genocide Museum (S21), formerly Tuol Svay Prey High School, where the Khmer Rouge established a prison in 1976 for those accused of opposing the regime. This site remains one of the most significant reminders of Cambodia’s recent history.

After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a half‑day exploration of Ho Chi Minh City. Most of the city’s landmarks are concentrated in the centre, beginning with the Reunification Palace. En route, you will pass the site of the former wartime American Embassy. Until April 1975, this historic building served as the residence of the President of South Vietnam.
Nearby, admire the striking French colonial architecture of Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Saigon Post Office. Continue to the Jade Emperor Pagoda and the War Remnants Museum, which houses a poignant collection of photographs and exhibits from the conflict. Conclude the city tour with a stroll through the bustling Ben Thanh Market, where a wide array of goods is on offer.
In the afternoon, travel to Cu Chi town to explore the remarkable tunnel network. Extending nearly 200 miles, the Cu Chi Tunnels played a pivotal role during the American War and were the base for the Tet Offensive in 1968. Ingeniously constructed, the tunnels included living quarters, weapon workshops, field hospitals, and command centres.
During your visit, explore the exhibition hall and a widened section of the tunnels to gain insight into life underground. For those interested, there is also the option to experience the adjoining rifle range.

In the morning, visit the remarkable My Son Sanctuary to uncover the history and culture of the ancient Champa Kingdom, followed by a traditional Apsara music performance. Continue to Thanh Ha Ceramic Village, where you’ll observe local artisans at work. Under the guidance of a workshop master, try your hand at pottery and receive a clay whistle known as To He as a keepsake.
