Day 2 : Sightseeing in Delhi
After breakfast, head out for a full day sightseeing of old and new Delhi. Start off with a visit to one of the largest mosques in India, Jama Masjid. Did you know that, with a courtyard holding a capacity of 25,000 people, Jama Masjid was the largest mosque in the Indian subcontinent during the time of its construction ?
Later, head over to Chandni Chowk via the famous rickshaw ride. Situated next to Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk was built in 1605 and holds the position for being the largest wholesale market for spices, domestic goods and more. Don’t forget to sample some spices and get yourself some souvenirs.
Next stop will take you through the grand government buildings in Edward Lutyens to Rajghat. Rajghat is the first memorial complex dedicated to the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi. It marks the spot where his mortal remains were cremated in 1948.
After paying respects at Rajghat, Humayun’s Tomb will be the next stop. The UNESCO world heritage site of Humayun’s tomb was built by Humayun’s widow, Biga Begum, 14 years after his passing. The tomb is known for being one of the most architecturally sound and intriguing monuments in India. Not only did it commemorate Humayun’s achievements but it also marked a staggering growth in the development of Mughal architecture.
By evening head over to another UNESCO world heritage site in Delhi, Qutub Minar. Qutub Minar was built by the first muslim ruler of Delhi, Qutub-ud-din-Aibak. The Qutub Minar complex also consists of other historical monuments such as Quwwat-ul-islam Mosque, iron pillar of Delhi, Alai Darwaza, Tomb of Iltutmish, Alai Minar and more.

Day 3 : Delhi - Agra (4 hours)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and head over to your next destination of Agra. On reaching, check in to the hotel and feast on some delicious freshly prepared lunch. After freshening up, you will be taken for a guided tour to some famous landmarks in Agra.
First visit will be to the Red Fort of Agra which is also a UNESCO world heritage site. This was the place where Shah Jahan was imprisoned by his son Aurangzeb. Initially developed as a military base by Akbar it was later on converted into a palace by Shah Jahan.
Later, head over to the Tomb of Itmad-ud-daula. The tomb is also known as baby taj and it is often described as the first draft or the main inspiration for Taj Mahal. Situated next to the Yamuna river, the tomb is dedicated to Mirza Ghiyas Beg, a high ranking official in the Mughal empire and the father of Nur Jahan.
End the day by taking a walk through the busy and colourful market places and streets of Agra. Don’t forget to try the traditional petha sweet dessert.

Day 5 : Jaipur sightseeing

Later on, head for a visit to the City Palace. The palace complex was built by Sawai Jai Singh the second, the founder of Jaipur.
